Unused money is not lost at the end of the year, and you can have contributions deducted automatically from your paycheck before taxes. For ease of use, simply swipe your HSA Visa® card for eligible expenses, or write the card number on the bill and return it to your provider for reimbursement. Withdrawals for qualified medical expenses are tax free.
