Can I use an envelope for my deposits?
No. Insert your check, or up to 50 bills directly into the ATM without the use of an envelope. ATM screen instructions will guide you through the deposit process.
Do cash and checks need to be deposited separately in the same transaction?
Yes. Checks and cash must be deposited separately, in their individual check and cash slots.
Will the ATM sort my cash for me?
Yes. Regardless of which way your cash is inserted, the new ATM will automatically sort and count your cash deposit.
Can I verify the accuracy of my deposit before completing the transaction?
Yes. You can see your check and the amount on-screen for instant verification. For cash deposits, you’ll see a total of the cash to be deposited.
When will the deposited funds be available for use?
Cash deposits and/or the first $200 of your check deposit will be available immediately on deposits made before 4:00pm. The remaining balance of your check deposit is subject to verification and will be on hold for two business days including the date of deposit. If you make your check or cash deposit after 4:00pm on weekdays, anytime on weekends or on Federal or Credit Union holidays, your “date” of deposit will be the next business day.
Is it safe to make a deposit without an envelope?
Yes. Your transaction is tied directly to your ATM or Debit card, so there is no need to worry about it getting lost. The receipt also documents all items deposited to assure you that your deposit is credited to your account. Also, all of your account information on your receipt including identifying information on the scanned image of the check(s) will be concealed for your security.
How long will it take my deposit to appear in my account when I log into Online Banking?
It will appear immediately as a memo posted transaction (in red) when you log into Online Banking.
What should I do if I have a problem with my deposit (information is incorrect, have a jam, etc.)?
If you encounter a problem, please contact a branch representative or call the Member Assistance Center at (602) 433-7000.
