Privilege Pay

What is Privilege Pay?

Privilege Pay is a discretionary*, alternative overdraft option. Should you inadvertently overdraw your account, we may pay your items rather than returning them, saving you the embarrassment and inconvenience of a returned item, as well as the fees normally charged by merchants for items returned to them.

*We have the discretion, but are not agreeing (and do not have an obligation) to pay your overdrafts. We may withdraw this privilege at any time. In addition, coverage may be discontinued if any of the following occur: default on any loan or other obligation to us, your account becoming subject to any legal or administrative order or levy, or failure to maintain your account in good standing (by not bringing your account to a positive balance within every thirty (30) day period for a minimum of one business day).
