How do I sign up for eStatements?
Log into Online Banking, click the eStatements tab, enter your email address and follow the enrollment directions. If your request is submitted at least three days prior to your monthly closing date, your first eStatement will be available shortly thereafter.
When can I access my eStatements?
eStatements are viewable two business days after your monthly closing date. Desert Schools will send you an email confirmation advising you that your statement is available in Online Banking.
Today is my eStatement closing date; when will I receive it?
Business accounts close on the 1st. Your eStatement should be processed and available by the 5th, depending on what day of the week the 1st is.
How do I change the address where I receive eStatement email confirmations?
Log into Online Banking, click Update Profile in the left sidebar and click Modify eStatements Information. Enter your new email address, and click the Update Information button.
How long are my statements available in Online Banking?
Statements are stored online for up to 13 months from your first eStatement. If one is not listed, click the Resource Center tab in Online Banking and click Statement Copy Request, or call (602) 433-7000. You should receive a copy in three to five business days; the fee is $2.
Why can't I see my list of eStatements?
The list of eStatements comes up in a popup window. If you have a popup blocker, you'll need to allow popups for Online Banking. Consult your blocker's manual for specific instructions. You may also want to try clicking the View eStatements link at the bottom of the eStatements main page.
How do I cancel eStatements?
To cancel your enrollment in the eStatements Service, please contact our Member Assistance Center at (602) 433-7000 for assistance Monday - Friday 8AM - 7PM, Saturday 8AM - 5PM. Once canceled, the statements will be postal mailed to the address on file.
Please note: Mailed statements do not arrive as quickly as eStatements.
