What do I need to reset my Online Banking password online?

For security purposes, you will be asked to enter personal information. Please have your cash/ATM, debit or home equity card on hand, as it is one element we require to verify your identity.

How can I change my Online Banking password?

Log into Online Banking, click Update Profile in the left sidebar, click Modify Password and follow the instructions. Once changed, you must use the password the next time you access Online Banking.

What should I do if I receive an error trying to log into Online Banking?

Please try reentering your ID and password (checking the Caps and Num Lock keys on your keyboard). If you still cannot access Online Banking, call our Online Member Assistance Center at (602) 433-5623.

Do I have to click the "enter" button, or may I simply hit the Enter button on my keyboard?

You may choose either option.

What if I make a mistake in typing my password in KeyPad?

Simply click the back arrow in the tool itself, not your browser.

How do I capitalize a letter in KeyPad?

What if I login via Quicken, QuickBooks or Money?

If you access Online Banking via an interface with Quicken, QuickBooks or Microsoft Money, your login process will be unchanged by the virtual authentication tools.
