What is the Children's Miracle Network, and how does my donation help?

Children's Miracle Network (CMN) is a non-profit organization that helps save and improve the lives of children by raising funds for children's hospitals across North America. Locally, CMN provides funds for Phoenix Children's Hospital's "1 Darn Cool School" program. This fantastic program provides in-hospital classes for kids in K-12.

How do I make a CMN donation?

Simply access our Children's Miracle Network page. You will be given background information and a link to the secure donation page.

Does my entire donation go to CMN?

Yes. Desert Schools pays any processing fees, so that every penny goes to help the kids.

I requested a CMN tax receipt but never received it; who do I contact?

For reissued or corrected tax receipts, simply email info@desertschools.org. Include your name, approximate date of donation, amount and email address. You will receive your receipt via email within five business days.

I am a recurring, monthly CMN donor, how can I update my contact or credit card information?

All updates must be requested by the named cardholder. Simply email your request to info@desertschools.org. Tell us your name; then, simply identify one or more of the following changes: new donation amount, new contact information or when to end your monthly donation plan.

If you need us to change the credit card on file with CMN, please provide a contact phone number (do not send us your credit card number via email) and a representative will call you back.

My credit card statement shows a charge for more than I donated to CMN; how do I get this corrected?

All charges are handled by CMN. Desert Schools cannot view your credit card details or adjust charges (only submit credit card number updates to CMN). For billing corrections (other than simply updating your credit card), please call CMN at (801) 278-8900 and ask for Information Technology Support.

If I am a recurring CMN donor, when will be credit card be billed each month?

If you choose to have a recurring monthly payment, your credit card will be charged on the 15th of every month. If you submit your donation form after the 15th of the current month, your donations will begin the following month (i.e., submit monthly donation request on July 20; first donation will be billed to your credit card on August 15).
