Call (602) 433-2233 or (800) 933-7328 to access our Phone Access Line (PAL). Enter your 10-digit Member Number and PAL personal identification number (PIN), which is different than your debit card PIN. An automated "teller" will talk you through each transaction. Instructions are available online.
Is there a fee for using PAL?
No. PAL is a free service for all members. However, you must enroll and obtain a PIN.
What if I forget my PAL PIN?
Call (602) 433-7000 to request a new PIN for PAL. For security purposes, representatives cannot view your current access code, but they can set up a temporary one for you. After you regain system access, we recommend you change the temporary code.
Does Desert Schools release direct branch phone numbers?
No. Instead, Desert Schools has a Member Assistance Center (MAC) at (602) 433-7000 to provide quality phone service. You are ensured that the next available representative will assist you. If there is an extensive wait, you may select the option to receive a call back. This helps to limit phone interruptions when we are assisting members at a branch. If you need to speak with a specific representative at a branch, a MAC representative can connect you.
