Is my business eligible for membership?
A business can join if it has a physical location within Maricopa, Gila or Pinal County.
What do I need to open a business account?
Requirements are based on the structure of your business. Please refer to the Business Account Checklist for the documents you will need to bring into the branch to open your business account.
What signatures are needed on a business application?
We require that all principal owners sign the application and agreement. Of course, to accommodate business needs, we will accept a resolution signed by all owners, authorizing specific principal owners as signers.
Why does Desert Schools require business name registration?
Filing a trade name ensures that your unique business name is reserved. You can register with the state, or do so through the county or city where your office is located.
What documentation is required if my business is owned by a trust?
The full trust document is required for all business accounts and loans.
How can my company become a Business Partner and offer membership to my employees?
A prospective Business Partner must have 10 or more employees, be located within 25 miles of a Desert Schools branch, offer Direct Deposit, have been in business for three or more years, and not be partnered with another Arizona credit union. Contact Business Development at (602) 433-4200.
